Day Five Day Six

Whoops! Work got out of control this weekend!

Saturday’s food:

One egg and bacon (just not that hungry in the morning)

Lunch- oysters and seaweed with a small salad

Dinner-roasted veggies and leftover coconut chicken curry

Snacks-savi seeds and cashews

Sunday’s food:

Great big brekkie! Eggs, bacon, tomato and avocado

Lunch: small tin of oysters after a big brunch

Dinner: brussel sprouts, chicken curry and a baked apple with ghee for dessert
